Exporting Data from a Silverpoint Form
Note: We generally use 3 types of forms at HCS.
1. Custom created forms.
2. Google forms.
3. Silverpoint forms.
You will need permissions and be logged into Silverpoint to follow these steps. Step three shows what a silverpoint form looks like.

First, lets show what kind of forms we are talking about. In this example I will use a silverpoint facilities rental form. Navigate to Quicklinks then Auxilary Services

Now we will navigate to where the data can be exported. (You will need to be logged in and have permissions to a silverpoint page. ) Click the Schoolpoint Schoolhouse icon in the bottom left hand corner of the page.

Then from the left menu, select Site Manager >> Forms >> Site Forms

The top of the forms list page will look like this.

After you scroll down and find your form. Right click on the far right and select Export Data

Important! You will need to set the date range. The default is just the past day. The export I use is a full year of records. Click the Export button at the bottom of the page.

Your browser will warn you, click open.

It opens the data in excel. I will zoom out in excel to hide columns i do not need.

Now I can my data better. That's it for exporting data from silverpoint forms.
