Add a Picture

Note: Sometime pictures are to big. In step 3 is an easy way to reduce a picture.

Its kind of important and can save you some hassel to think where you want your cursor before you insert your picture.  so place your cursor and click the image button.   Then Click browse.

If you picture is to big it could give you this first error.  In the next step i show you how to reduce the picture.  In the next step i show you how to reduce the picture.   The second error can be fixe by using Chrome to upload the picture.     

On your desktop computer'  Right click on the photo and select open with Microsoft Office 2010

Once it opens select export.  to export the picture in a smaller size.

Find "Export using this size and select Web - Small 448 and click OK

When you make this change you are changing the file on your computer and it wants to make sure.  If you select Replace File, then you will loose the bigger sized file.  If you want to save the original you will need to make a copy of it before you do this step.

Click add selected and you are finished.  Now view the changes.

I set up blogger to automatically puts a nice frame around the picture.  But you wont see it until you publish.   Cool?
